Product Description:
This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay grapes using the traditional method of cold maceration. The grapes are harvested, fermented and aged in stainless steel before being pressed and bottled. The wine ages on the lees for about 30 months and is then stored in the bottle.
