Apricot brandy Stara Hankrumska is made from hand-picked apricot fruits from the Tutrakan region. The finished material is distilled in a copper kettle according to an old Bulgarian recipe from this region of Bulgaria. The long maturation makes the color golden and the taste soft and sweet with a light apricot aroma. The few dried apricots that are specifically placed in each bottle suggest the noble character of the drink even more clearly.
